If you encounter an issue with the shipping of your order (e.g., order on hold, undelivered order, order marked as delivered but not actually received, etc.), please contact us at [email protected] specifying your order number.

If you received a product different from the one you ordered, please send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Photo of the product you received
  • Name and code of the missing item, in case your order consists of multiple items.
We will then arrange, at our expense, for the collection of the incorrect product and the shipment of the ordered product.

The order is processed for shipment within 24 working hours from the time it is placed, and delivery in Italy usually takes 48/72 working hours.
For international deliveries, the estimated delivery time is 5 business days.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
